Clinical Supervision

Caring forYOU so that you can take better care of your clients.

The journey is long and you don't have to do it alone

I would love to be in your corner, supporting you and challenging you to be the clinician you know you can become!

Hello lovely clinician! The journey towards being fully licensed and having a thriving business can feel daunting and lonely. It can be a long and exhausting journey from graduating with your degree to being fully licensed, and I want to be on that journey with you. I believe a supervisor's role is to be firmly in your corner fighting for you when you're struggling to believe that you have the skills to serve your clients well and build a thriving business at the same time.

I deeply believe in taking care of those who are taking care of others, and that supervision needs to be a safe place for you to be a messy human being figuring life out while also being a kickass therapist. I believe it's our fight with our own humanness that breathes life and depth into the research and techniques we're training our clients in.

how you'll be supported

You are capable of being a strong clinician and a wise business owner.

As your supervisor, I'll work with you to find modalities that align with your values so that sessions feel like an authentic extension of what you truly value and believe about healing and what it means to be human. I'll explore ways with you to diversify your practice to stay passionate about your work while also creating a more lucrative, sustainable business. I believe it's vital that we interweave confidence building in being both a strong business owner as well as an amazing clinician. I can't wait to help you build a business that thrives in helping create a more courageous, brave world to live in!

You're right where you need to be.

We will build a supportive, collaborative team to get you licensed!

I meet with clinicians twice a month for an hour as you're gaining your clinical hour requirements, and I'm solidly in your corner outside of meetings as well. You can call or text me anytime you have a question or concern. You're definitely encouraged to bring in your own lived experiences, life wisdom, and formal trainings as you learn to grow more confident in how to support and challenge your clients towards living with more intention. There's multiple ways to serve clients well, so I can't wait to meet you and start collaborating with you to build a business and life that you love!

Looking forward to working with you!

Being able to wake up every day inspired and encouraged by the meaningful work you do is possible!

let's be real.

meaningful work can be exhausting

I believe the world needs good, solid clinicians who can inspire people to live braver, more courageous lives by healing past traumas, living more from their values rather than their fears, and creating powerful relationships with themselves and others to live meaningful lives. Doing that work with others isn't easy though.

I believe my role as supervisor is to support you in becoming a bad ass therapist, confident in your skills and abilities, while also learning how to sustain and not burnout.

My Therapeutic Values are rooted in a Systems and Humanistic Perspective.

You don't have to have the same inspiration or even the same training as I have to work with me. I'll meet you where you're at to support and challenge you to be the clinician you want to be.
